and he's a candle holder. i know he's probably not everyone's cup of tea but i love him. i forget how much he was but it was indeed a bargain.

a shower hold all

this doesn't look like much but at $2.50 it was a bargain and it's super useful. as you can see it goes over the shower and holds shampoo etc etc. the old one was getting really grotty and a bit rusty. this one is great

a new baileys cup

it's a demitasse which is basically a small cup for espresso. i like a big cup for coffee so i'm going to use it for baileys but i might have to have two coz the ice will take up a lot of room. lol. it was indeed a bargain. fifty cents from a garage sale this morning. it's hand made and has the artists signature underneath. i like it.

a bali painting

this is a painting from bali. i always buy one and sometimes even lose them. lol. it was Rp 75.000 which works out to roughly $9.30 depending on the exchange rate which was around 8000 most days. bargain. :) bonus: i got it through customs (it's on a wooden frame). all good

a new sugar bowl

i've been after a new sugar bowl for ages. firstly because the old one doesn't have a slot for the spoon. secondly coz the old one is a bit boring. i don't have sugar in tea or coffee and i hardly ever bake with it but the family do so i have to have a sugar bowl. i like pottery and blue is one of my fave colours so when i found this one i thought to myself how perfect. i really like it. no-one has come to visit who has sugar thus far so i haven't had a chance to show it off. what do you think? lol
